I have been playing the piano for 20 years, and enjoy recording and performing music in the classical to contemporary style.

I especially play, record, and perform the music of Beethoven, Chopin, Bach, and the contemporary composer Joe Hisaishi.

I started as a jazz piano student at the age of 7 with my brilliant teacher Paul Finley. From there I went on to study classical music at the University of Washington with wonderful teachers including Mark Salman, Cristina Valdés, Chiao-yu Wu, and Colleen Kennedy.

I enjoy working with students who are interested in a variety of musical styles, not just purely classical.
